Ingredients:

1 large egg white
1 tsp. water
2 tbsp. Head Country All-Purpose Championship Seasoning
1 c. pecan halves
1 c. cashews (whole or halves)
1 c. macadamia nuts

Tip:  Use any combination of your favorite nuts for this recipe!

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, lightly beat egg white with water just until foamy.  Add Head Country Championship Seasoning, and whisk until blended.  Fold in all nuts, coating well.  Transfer coated nuts to a parchment lined baking sheet; spread evenly in a single layer.  Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Carefully lift parchment paper with nuts from baking sheet, and transfer to a wire cooling rack.  Nuts will crisp as they cool.  When completely cooled, use a spatula to loosen nuts from parchment paper.  Store in an airtight container.  Enjoy!
