Ingredients:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hawaiian sweet rolls (see tips!)
2 tbsp. Griffin's mustard
8 oz. Braum's shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/4 c. crushed French Fried onions
1/2 pkg.Bar-S Deli Sliced Ham
2 tbsp. Hiland butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice sweet rolls in half horizontally, leaving them all attached.  Spread mustard over both sides of the cut bread, and place bottom portion onto baking sheet.  Place half of the shredded cheese over the mustard on bottom of bread; top with French Fried onions.  Arrange ham slices evenly over onions, and top with remaining cheese; cover with top portion of bread.  Brush top of bread with melted butter.  Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Cut into serving sized sandwiches (sliders!) and enjoy!

Kitchen Kimberley's Tips:

Try making a varation of this recipe by using any flavor of cheese and Bar-S sliced deli meat -- my favorite is turkey and mozzarella.  You could also spice it up by using a flavored Griffin's mustard in any variety.  The variations on this recipe are endless...and delicious!

For this recipe I use 'King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls', found in any grocery store.
